It is our great pleasure to announce that the 30^th International Mathematical Views conference MAVI will be held from September 17 to 20, 2024 at the University of Education Freiburg (Germany)

Please note:

For the upcoming MAVI conference, please note that there will be a pre-registration phase (free of charge) for MAVI 30.

You need to register to be able to attend the conference, due to the extraordinary resonance of MAVI 30 in the community

Final date for pre-registration: until 23 February 2024.

Send an email to mavi30(at)ph-freiburg.de giving your full name, affiliation, email and whether you intend to submit a paper for the conference.

Many thanks to Luis Rodriguez and his team for their readiness and commitment to organize and host the 2022 MAVI meeting.

In the last two MAVI conferences, the idea came up that – in continuation of the commitment of distinguished Professors Günter Törner and Erkki Pehkonen – academic activities within the MAVI group could be coordinated by a Board so that a continuous planning and coordination is enabled including next conferences.

The Bremen team who hosted DIMAVI (the digital format of MAVI in the pandemic situation) last year have agreed to try again and Maike Vollstedt and her colleagues have published the first announcement of MAVI 27 to take place in Bremen in a hybrid format in 2021. Many thanks to Maike and her team for their steadfast optimism and readiness to host MAVI 27.

As a physical meeting in Bremen is impossible this year, MAVI27 will – hopefully – be realized in Bremen in 2021. In the meantime, there will be a digital MAVI-conference instead: the DIMAVI26 taking place as originally planned September 16-18, 2020.

Due to the global pandemic caused by the coronavirus disease (Covid-19),we have decided to postpone the 26th Conference of Mathematical Views (MAVI26) by one year.

It is our pleasure to announce that the 26th Conference of Mathematical Views (MAVI26) will be held in Bremen, Germany from September 16 to 18, 2020.

The team around Professor Dr. Maike Vollstedt is already looking forward to it and has already organized hotels and the social program.
